A journey combining different areas of Puglia, to be discovered slowly in a week of emotions on two wheels. Start from the rural Murgia, pedal through the picturesque trulli of Alberobello and the Valle d'Itria, the olive groves of Ostuni, to the beaches of the Parco Dune Costiere. 


Continue to the splendid Lecce, resplendent in the warm tones of its Baroque, and then conclude the journey on the Adriatic coast, from Otranto to the white Leuca where the two seas meet.  An unforgettable adventure amidst the culture, nature and traditions of the South.

  • DAY 1: Noci loop (52 km)

Discovering the Terra delle Gravine Natural Park, cycling through the centuries-old oak forests, fields and historic farms of the Murgia dei Trulli.

  • DAY 2: From Noci to Ostuni (58 km)

Cycling among the trulli, along quiet country roads, discovering the enchanting white towns of the Itria Valley.

  • DAY 3: Ostuni loop (53 km)

Cycling among centuries-old olive trees, from the hills to the Adriatic Sea, discovering the Coastal Dunes Natural Park.

  • DAY 4: Lecce and Gallipoli

A tour of Lecce, the “Florence of the South”, and Gallipoli, an authentic pearl overlooking the Ionian Sea.  A day to experience the Salento while strolling pleasantly.

  • DAY 5: From Lecce to Otranto (60 km)

From Lecce to Acaya, through the Salento hinterland, before cycling along the blue coast of Otranto to the easternmost point in Italy.

  • DAY 6: From Lecce to Otranto (45 km)

Cycling along the Adriatic to Santa Maria di Leuca, the “Finibus Terrae”, where the land ends and two seas meet.
